All the Scisys Elo ratings I could find are included in the table - http://www.chesscomputeruk.com/html/scisys_chess_computers_1979-19.html

If anyone knows of others, or especially more accurate ones I would be very interested to know. There was very little testing of the weaker chess computers in the early/mid 1980s and the CSVN Elos just look like guesstimates.
