Do you know if Hiarcs has any plans to put Hiarcs into Res/Rev ?  I bet Hiarcs would do very well in Res.  Might even be a higher rating than Rybka.

Who knows 50/100 Elo more inside the Res/Rev at 500Mhz and the GM's might come and play!

All the best

Nick

Sadly Nick .. i can say that there will be no Hiarcs running on the Res/Rev
at least that was the feeling from the Hiarcs team the last time it was discussed

A Real Shame Regards

Thanks Steve.

Might just end up donating it to a local charity instead of trying
to sell it online.

Very honorable of you Dan
i am sure some deserving needy child would have great fun with it
Well Done Regards!

Sadly Dan i dont think your SC8 will bring in very much
the SC8 was the second biggest selling chess computer of all time  with about 400,000 units sold
they appear on Ebay on a daily  sometimes hourly basis
they generally sell for less then $25

Best Regards
Steve

I was recently given a Fidelity Electronics Sensory Chess Challenger unit,
in it's original box (most of the shrinkwrap is still on it) with all pieces, transformer and manuals, etc.

Since I rarely have time to play chess these days (I used to be in the chess club back in school) I was wondering if this has any value and if so, if anyone might be interested in it.

On a Google search I saw one listed that was missing the manual and one of the queens. This set is intact.

Anybody that can clue me in?

Thanks.

PS: Here's the exact version I have that someone has listed on eBay:
