no, Christian, I have never changed my mind : the Grandmaster has always been my first choice and the NS was only the second choice.
In fact, I chose the Grandmaster as soon as the 2000 limit was set... and even before I had one
Paris 2009 has been the excuse to order it

Nice tournament Alain.

It will be interesting to see how Steve's Elite Privat gets on. But I shall be hoping for a win by a chess computer which stayed here in Milton Keynes for a while and is now in Paris. Should be interesting games as long as Christian and Hans sort themselves out.

Saints and Sinners regards
Mike

Mike/Alain,

since Alain seems to have changed his mind and plays with one of RonĀ“s minions I could possibly swap to something which will arrive soon at my place.
Which means Milton Keynes will definitely be involved.

How does this sound?

Hi Alain.

Wow another year has gone by already.  It is a great idea to do a U2000 tournament.

I look forward to seeing who wins and replaying the games in May

Good luck with the tournament.

All the best

Nick

Hi,

the fourth edition of our French Tournament will take place on May, 17th.

Here is the main tournament page

And here is the page with all candidates machines

Both the player and the machine lists are not definitive, that's why at the time of this writing you can see the same machine twice in the main page, we have stil four month to polish our lists.

Best regards,
Alain
