You could always use the problem mode or position setup feature in any good dedicated board or even the Chessmaster software and they are certainly good enough to win from those positions that a Grandmaster resigned from.  (except in those cases where they resigned by mistake - which has happened).

I have Chessmaster 9000, Chessmaster 10th Edition and Chessmaster Grandmaster.

I am sure many of you also have a Chessmaster game loaded in your PC’s.  IMO it is the best of a considerable lot however there is one aspect of the program that annoys me and that is the, “Famous Games” room.  I think it could be improved with, for lack of a better term, a Checkmate addendum.

All the games spanning over 4 centuries of chess, with possible exceptions I haven’t found as yet, end in either draws or resigns.  I realize, of course, that that was the way the games end period.  Nonetheless it would be interesting if the developers included an addendum to “famous games” that showed the game played through to Checkmate!

The “addendum” could be done by any or all of the Grandmasters that are currently part of the Chessmaster series; Larry Christiansen, Josh Waitzkin, John Nunn, etc.  Don’t know about you guys but I would sure like to see how the ultimate (CHECKMATE) ending to these games would be set up and realized.
