Hello,
I've found out that all Fidelity Elite models have the same transformer( adapter) as my Phantom 6100 for 220V in european countries.
Maybe this can help in my search.
Best regards
Jorge

Hello,
Thanks very much for all messages. I need an adapter transformer for european country that's mean 220V or 230V  input and output 9V AC 1.5A according to instructions booklet.
I,ve seen at web page: classicchessandgames.com  two adapters for old fidelity models without specifications, so I don't know if any one of them will be correct for my Phantom 6100. I sent  an amail to this web page asking about it, but without answer.
Best regards
Jorge

my Phamtom adapter says 9 V and 1.1 A. It does not indicate polarity as it is a two pins output.

I guess that you can buy any universal adapter able to deliver enough power ("classical" Fidelity adapters give a lot less than that I think).

As it is 9V AC...

OK, now I understand better why the polarity on the 2-pin plug is unclear

But this 2-pin plug (output) is not very common (at least here in Germany); i have never seen a universal adapter with this...

neither do I, but you can always replace it by a more standard one.

Alain

just an additional hint:

As it is 9V AC, if you use a universal DC adapter, you maybe have to set it to 12V (9V DC is maybe too less for a 9V AC device)

But this 2-pin plug (output) is not very common (at least here in Germany); i have never seen a universal adapter with this...
