Hi
I am new to chess computers. I bought a novag citrine, which I am trying to connect to the PC via Artena.
I was not succesfull yet. I used Arena 2.0.1. Also a cable from serial to usb, with software. I connect the citrine, turn it on. All pieces in place. Then open Arena 2.0.1. I open extra, then click novag chess board. Then a small window opens. I click: start novag support. It says novag controls arena, very nice so far. When I click: communication, it says: Device ready : COM6.
So I think everything is OK. But when I make a move on the citrine, nothing is moving on the PC-screen!
What am I doing wrong?  Help much appreciated!
