Now someone explain this to me!

This one started at $70+,
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=1182&item=5199938382
but now it's over $122!

Why would you continue bidding on this when you can get it, brand new, for $99?:

They had 5, and still have 3 left! Didn't they really see that option?

Anytime Steffen!

By the way, I just saw two interesting options for this computer on eBay:

Option #1 http://tinyurl.com/9hk6k
Buy it now for $99.99, 2 units available, brand new

Option #2 http://tinyurl.com/b6ajq
Starting bid is $79.99, 8 days to go, 0 bids right now, new unit

Steffen, I'll be glad to help you on that if you're comfortable with that. Just email me with the details, link to the auction, etc.

Best,

Hi together,

I would need somebody΄s help: I tried to buy one Grandmaster on ebay, I think for 94.99 $. Unfortunately they would only sell within the States.
Could anyone get it sent to himself within the States and send it to me in Germany? Would be very kind

Thanks,
Steffen

Excalibur claims 2200. But it looks like 1850-1900 seems to be more realistic.

Some reference here:

PS: By the way, Welcome to the forum!

Folks,

This just came in today. Something I've been postponing for a long time, maybe because it's a current computer you can get mostly anywhere. The Excalibur Grandmaster, auto-sensory. But the main reason I'm posting this is because I was able to get it, brand new, for US$ 99 and there's more available:

Full tournament size! It's a pleasure to play with. And even though the pieces are plastic, they have a nice feel to it, I think, and I also liked the weight:

I got it from ChessDepot.com, through eBay, via Buy-it-Now. Now, I'm not associated with them and this is the first time I bought anything from them but the experience was nice and the delivery was fast, so I'm just sharing this in case others want to try on their own.
Interestingly, I was checking their website and the price there is $129.99:
http://chessdepot.safeshopper.com/11/14.htm?51

But here's the eBay link with 4 units for $99 via Buy-it-Now:

5 available here, 14 hours to go:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5186959164
And one more here, also 14 hours to go as I post this:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5186959361

Again, I'm not responsible for your deal if you decide to buy it but $99 is really a good price. Directly from Excalibur it costs $219.95. Keep in mind this is the regular one, not the silver one which is the same computer, only different colors.

What I don't like about it: you can't turn the sound off and the battery cover. You have to use a screw driver to open it up

Best,

Ismenio
