Salut Alain,

a friend of mine (he is from Marseille) visited me last September and one day we spent 10 hours in one of those famous tent...this frenche guy learned a lot of German songs this day, and as he returned to France he couldn´t speak for almost a week

But he got famous at his work by telling where he had been the weeknend before!

So, you should come here BEFORE you are to old to enjoy it...

Bier regards

Hi Ismenio,

well, is it because Munich is in Bavaria or a challenge to get a Bavaria brett ?

Best,
Alain

Since you are talking about my home...

I think the bavaria board is only a financial challenge...optically there is no difference to the munich board...

But there is more to bavaria than only the board...

Alain remember "La fete de la biere"

Drunken regards

PS : this is the Munich brett I talked a few weeks ago, this is not a bargain "à la Dick" but interesting anyway  : 350 Euros for the Munich brett (great shape except for the slightly lighter zones) and Risc 1 MB Module, see for example this auction http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5194818485

Hi again Olivier,

But do they talk about power connector ?
My module (http://perso.wanadoo.fr/pthfndr/index.html) have is own power connector, that I use (and München is powered).

First, I thought that there wasn't anything in the manual about the power supply (because I only looked at the pictures  ) but I read it this afternoon and found something, here is what is written :

Introduire d'abord la prise à jack de l'alimentateur dans le module de l'adaptateur (et non dans le plot à l'arrière de l'ordinateur), puis brancher l'alimentateur sur le secteur en introduisant la fiche dans la prise du mur.

So I think that you cannot select the other connector.
Best,
Alain

Hi Alain,

I pull modules strongly (I think about my lost games), and they get out.
Nothing to read from the München. It's bad.
But do they talk about power connector ?
My module (http://perso.wanadoo.fr/pthfndr/index.html) have is own power connector, that I use (and München is powered).
If I would like to use the München power connector, no power (no module).
Do they talk about the choice of the power connector ?

Thank you again, Alain.

Hi Olivier,

I got my Munich this morning and there is less than one page about the board itself, here is the module removal procedure which we talked about the other day.

Best,
Alain

Mephisto Roma, and München user's manuals

Hi,

I received my München Roma last wednesday.
However, I don't have the user's manual of the München (I supposed it exist), and the manual of the Roma is in German.
So... again once more, does anybody have theses manuals in English ?
I use the München, but sometimes, d2 or d7 LED are lightening, and  I 'm not sure the reason why (check ? but why d2 and d7).

Good week-end for all.

Olivier.
