Pippin,

maybe you should check out other forums as well for this detective work...there are two german speaking forums (but they do speak English as well) :

www.schachcomputer.info
www.schachcomputer.at

Pippin,

Instead of using HTML code like this:

< IMG SRC="http://server3.uploadit.org/files/Pippin-display.JPG" >

try to use these tags: [ img ] + picture_url + [ /img ]
Where picture_url would be exactly your: http://server3.uploadit.org/files/Pippin-display.JPG without spaces or quotes. I have the spaces here just so the code would show up.

There's more cool stuff you can do in your posts. Check the BNBCC tags when you click Reply

Hello,

i have enjoyed reading on this board for some time and now I have a question for you. I recently got into chess and chess computers again after a long break, and so I talked my dad into letting me have his old Renaissance board with an analyst module for free (uncharacteristically nice of him!). But I cant remember what kind of module it is - and the box and the documentation are long gone. Can anyone help me? Heres some pictures (I hope it works):

Is this a A, B, C or D (I hope its a D!)? Also, That extra slot there, can I insert something there, some memory or whatever? And last thing, how complicated would it be to upgrade to D++, if it is a D - I know that the program can be downloaded from Thorsten Czubs homepage. thanks for any help!

Sorry this is too difficult a question for me Pippin. Just getting the pictures up on the board for you.

Analyst Mike

EDIT: It didnt work with those pictures....for some reason, when i hit the preview button, it showed up with the code stuff (but without the pictures, just red x's). gotta go to a football match now, be back later - can anyone tell me how to post those pics?
