Mi there Mike,

To add to Robert's comments, because it's all the LEDs, I really think it's probably just one cable/wire that's loose or something like that. Usually they all share at least one common path in the circuit so if one goes out, they all do.

I would open the GK2000 and check all (plastic)cables, if they are correctly connected.

Of course, you should be a little careful! 

But it is definitely worth a try!

Hello friends -

I've got a Saitek GK2000 computer whose horizontal row of red leds don't function.  The vertical leds do work.  The computer displays the moves in a lcd, so the led coordinates aren't absolutely necessary to play the game.

The million dollar question - would this be something fairly easy to fix if I opened up the unit, or would I run the risk of making an otherwise functioning unit have more problems?

If anyone has any experience or suggestions, I'd appreciate hearing them.  Thanks.
