Thanks Mike. Let me know if you hear from them.
I wonder if they could fix the cosmetics on my two Tasc rooks!

Yes Ismenio like you I noticed that for the first time. Perhaps I will inquire about the price. They do not specifically mention Tasc pieces but it is worth a try.

Hey Mike, I just saw your post and something I had never seen before there! Looks like they even have replacement pieces for tha Bavaria (!?):

Classic Chess and Games offers replacement magnetic chess pieces for chess computers.
We keep on hand the original pieces (in most cases) used in the production of the original games.
These include games made by Fidelity Electronics, Mephisto, Saitek Industries and Excalibur.
These pieces are in sets of 32 and priced at $15 for plastic,
$25 for small wood and $35 for the large wood sets.
We even stock the hard to find sets that electronically identify the piece (queen, king, etc.)
manufactured by Mephisto in Germany!
You need only to call 1-800-634-4692, FAX 908-850-6557,
or email us at sales@classicchessandgames.com to get an exact price.

I wonder if they also have the ones for the Tasc!

Thanks,

Ismenio

Hi Walter

Any suitable size set with magnets will work OK.

Classic Chess and Games say they sell sets with magnets - two thirds of the way down this webpage :-
