Hi Alain,

Downloaded the manual, and it works fine. Everything is readable in PDF.

Thanks for the effort! Much appreciated......

Regards,
Jaco

Hello,

it available for download now. I had to reduce the quality.. it is already very large (12 MB).
Let me know if you have a problem, it was so slow to upload that I don't have the courage to test the download

Thanks again Terry,
Best,
Alain

Jaco,
I've sent the manual to Alain and he will get it on his site sometime. In the meantime download Mephisto Berlin as it's virtually the same programme, except smaller opening book (100k instead of 150k).

Hi Terry,

if you scan it, could you send it to me also ? I'll put it (with your permission) on my site.

Thanks in advance,
Alain

PS : the email is in my profile

Jaco,
I can send you scans at 100dpi but i'll need your email address. 300dpi is rather better but very large files.

Hi Terry,

Thanks for the offer. I'm in South Africa, so shipping a paper copy will be expensive and a bit of a nightmare.

There is no way you can scan the most important pages (I'm not interested in the tech specs and the other less important pages, as my german manual will have those in) and make them available in a download/email?

Thanks
Jaco

Hi Jaco,
I own a 16 bit Vancouver, the manual is the same for 32 bit (68020 but I do NOT think for the 68030)
I have a photocopy you're welcome to (45 pages so I would appreciate a contribution to postage)
Maybe I'll get it scanned some time for Alain's site (I've also got Roma/MM2 and Mephisto 3 copies)

Hi,

Looking for an English copy of a Mephisto Vancouver 32 bit manual. My newly acquired Vancouver came with a German manual

I had a look at Alain's site, but he doesn't seem to have one.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks
Jaco
