Hi folks

I'm selling my Novag Amber and Novag Universal chessboard separately on ebay if of interest. Worldwide shipping from UK. (Search for 'iancw' seller sales).

David,

I know there is a cable to connect the Sapphire I/II to the UCB. Do you have one of those too and is it included in your auction?

Thanks,

Christian

Hi folks

The Amber was I think one of Novag's most powerful portable peg sensory's with a 26.6 MHz RISC chip.

The Universal chessboard is becoming hard to source now, it works a treat via serial/USB with a wide variety of software including CM8000/WinXP, the free Rebel Decade 3.0/WinME/DOS and many Winboard engines thanks to Luc Porchon's third party driver.

Also designed to work with a Novag Sapphire. Also the famous WChess programme if a working copy can be found, the three 'keys' supplied were insufficient.

Thinning out my chess kit in favour of the older sort of weaker models, may stand half a chance of giving them a game!

with regards

David
