Hello,
What is the correct A/C Adapter for  Chess Challenger 10.
1 prong or 2 prong ? I think the 2 prong is only for computers with voice which need a VAC(alternative) power supply.
I do not understand why my CC10 has a 2 prong wire that is  permanately  attached to the board. Is it a modification ?
Regards.
Gaetan

My German Chess Challenger 10 has the VAC power supply.

Hello Gaetan,

My CC10 comes with a 9 volt DC 300 mA power supply which is hard wired to the unit.    So I imagine if I ever need to replace the power supply I will need to cut the wires, strip them and join the wires to the new power supply wires with some solder.

Cheers,
Tom.
