Hi we have a 1969 bmc fg550 which was first registered to cheltenham health authority. At the moment i only know it was registered as a special mobile unit. It was sold in 1979 and was converted into a motorcaravan. My partner acquired it in 2008. It had been off the road for 2 years already with a porous block. We are now in the process of getting the mechanics done to be able to move her to a better location for the body work restoration.
We have a new engine ready to go in when all is ready in that area. All the wheels are off and new tyres are waiting to be fitted, but we need 2 new split wheel rims to accomplish this. We will also need 3 left hand thread studs and nuts.
Does anyone know of anywhere we may get these from. I don't seem to be able to find any and could do with some expert help.
Thank you in advance maudlin
