Unfortunately the "click to add subtitle" cannot be removed

Good Day,

When I set Outlook as my default email client, I am unable to use some shortcut menu's from Windows Explorer. Specifically, when I right click a file in Explorer and choose Zip and Email when I have Outlook set as my default mail client, WinZip opens and zips the file and then nothing happens. When I have Outlook Express set as my default mail client, the file will zip and bring up a new email to be addressed and sent with the file zipped and attached.

Can anyone shed some light on this.

Hi All

When the user compose a new email, and she wants to send it to one of her di
stribution list people, her contact list doesn't show up from her Address bo
ok. When I go her "Contact" property -> "Outlook Address Book" tab, "show th
is folder as an e-mail Address Book" tick box is normally selectable but the
tick box is greyed out and I cannot tick it. How can I make it tick-able??
? Any suggestion?

She use Office 2000 on Win2K.

The "View-Master-Title Master" does not contain a box for a subtitle as I don't want a subtile.  When I click the "New Slide" icon and select a Title Slide an anoying text box comes up in the middle of the page with the note "Click to add subtitle".  I realize if nothing is entered nothing will be shown but I'm trying to standardize things and don't want people prompted to enter a subtitle.  How do I get rid of it??

    This has always happened to me when the sender is using .txt and the reciever is html.  Or when at one point the signature was created under html then the user has determined that txt is better.

    Correction has always been recreate the signature under the type of mail you want to send.

    If you create it under html and switch to txt it will appear to be single spaced, but it sends double spaced.
