Picked this up for $free.99 from a buddy of mine that had it behind his camp. It's either a late '68 (because it has the timing belt instead of the multiple "v" setup) or a '69. Grabbed a 320 motor from Weiner a while back, still haven't got it installed yet. Came with original gas jug and spare jet drive too!

Looks like a great project...save yourself the aggravation of putting a fan cooled motor in an enclosed hull; look for the "69 twin liquid 372 Rotax.  If it needs rebuilding, have it bored to 399 dimensions since the pistons are a lot easier to find.  Good luck with it.
