I know of one that was close. It was made for the Canadian military to pull planes out of hangers and operated like a bulldozer. Two clutches being engaged by pulling levers.  Each clutch operating a single 15 inch track. Very close to this machine. This machine had a tractor seat and was slightly different racking wise.
