What Rpms and CR were they rated at in 1971?

246 = 29hp @ ?rpms?
292 = 31hp @ ?rpms?
340 = 36hp @ ?rpms?

What CR did they use?
246 = ??.?cr = 29hp
292 = ??.?cr = 31hp
340 = ??.?cr = 36hp

I would estimate 7000 rpm back in te day as T'NT's were rated at 6500 rpm.
