The St. Louis Light

Anyone following the anomalous light phenomenon might be interested in investigating the St. Louis Light. The light is located a few miles north of the tiny community of St. Louis, Saskatchewan, Canada. At the end of a long-ago abandoned railway track (now little more than a path with trees on either side), the light appears to emerge from the right, behind the trees, then seems to grow significantly in intensity before waning and disappearing. After a minute or two, the process repeats itself.
It has been dismissed as reflected automobile headlights, but the problem, with this explanation is that there isn't a road within 6kms of where the light appears. The other problem with this explanation is that local residents claim that the light had been seen before vehicular traffic came to St. Louis.
Interested people can easily access further information on the Internet.

Thanks for the post! There are indeed isolated localized and recurrent incidents of a related "ghost light" nature occurring all over the world. Are these phenomena related? I suspect so... I'll be interested to read up on the St. Louis Light and add it to my personal list of familiar accounts.
