I have Brooke's button on a table.
I look at her face every day.
I don't want to forget her or what they did to her.
I don't ever want to forget what happened to any of them... Nevaeh, Somer, Shaniya.
I want to be reminded what was lost.
They do this because they are supreme sadists.
They hurt the most vulnerable and they destroy all that is good and pure about life.
The pleasure they derive from the emotional suffering they cause is as much a rush to them as the physical act.
They thrive on the sloth like pace of their justice.
They know how the system works and they use it to their advantage. The fact that there are people willing to protect them just perpetuates this misery.
They mock the very people who defend them.
They mock the process.
They mock the victims.

| I have the same question Spaceman. I can't imagine why anyone would want to harm a child in any way. And I'm wondering why nothing is moving along in MJ's case. I would think this to be pretty open and shut. |

| It's sad to think of all the cases of young girls turning up dead since the Bennett case. It's too many to count... and yet, Jacques is still sitting in a cell, nearly a year and a half later... with nothing much made in the way of progress to bringing it all to an end. It's incredibly sad... and profoundly irritating... I've dealt with a lot of crap since the first involvement I had... many other crimes, some similar, some not so similar... and it always brings me back to the same thing - why? |

There must be something we can do to protect these babies.
What can be done for them when the persons who are supposed to love and protect them turn out to be utter pieces of shit?
I look at the mug shots of these two aholes and I want to puke my guts out.
They just don't "get it".

I'm alright until I read these stories.
I hope you and your loved ones are well.
I can't overemphasize this enough...
Please,please watch your young children.
Don't let them out of your sight for one minute and make sure you really know who their friends are.
Don't place the burden of watching them on their young siblings either.
Kids have the attention span of circus monkeys. Don't expect them to be watching them because if something should happen to them they will carry that burden with them the rest of their lives. There's enough pain without that guilt on top of it.
I know what I'd like to do to them and to hell with the consequences. |
